Do you post your SPD on your internal web site?

I am thinking about putting downloadable copies of our benefit plan Summary Plan Descriptions on our internal website as a way of complying with the requirement to make these available to staff, and wondered if others do this.
I'm thinking of the 403(b) plan documents at the moment, but eventually would also do welfare plans.

We post plan documents for employee benefits (such as health, life, 401k, etc), and we also put the employee manual there. We do give each new employee hard copies to take home, but all updates, changes and restatements are posted on the shared drive.
