I am embarking on a compensation analysis of our positions and am looking for a company or consultant to conduct a survey of our competitors, or review published studies, to provide us with multiple market averages for each position. Can anyone recommend a company or consultant?

Check with your State Chamber of Commerce and, if there is one, the national or state organization for your industry. I have gotten current information from both that has been most helpful.
