Snow, Ice and cold here in Southern Oklahoma. How's the rest of the country?

Working at home (30 miles south of Nashville) today. Thank you Tony!

Anyway, we have about an inch of snow so far and it's coming down very steady. The prediction for my area is 6-9 inches. I'm gonna have to see that to believe it. It hasn't snowed that much at one time here in over 40 years. I was a kid and loved it. Not now, though, it's such a nuisance.

I've heard they're getting icy rain south of me. I'd hate to be there. Last time we had a really big ice storm here, power was out for 3-4 days. Lost a very lovely violet that time, not to mention every other house pant I had.

I've heard that stores are closing in Nashville. Keeps this up and the whole state will shut down.

Temperatues in single digits with windchills subzero. That is what's happening in Wisconsin. However, next week is supposed to warm up to around 20 degrees. We will think it is spring.

Unseasonably warm here but still grey and misty. I think by Oregon law it has to be grey and misty at least half the year here.

In the high 40's and a bit drizzly and windy here in S.E. Alaska - in other words, normal for us. If you ask me the same question in June, you may well get exactly the same answer!

One of the warmest January on record. Never got below 32 and had quite a few days above 50. Still had rain but maybe not as much.

It's snowing.

Temps a few days ago were up to 50, so we came close to melting all the snow we had from before. Average annual snowfall here is 20.7 inches with less that 1/3 of that coming before 12/31. This year we passed 21 inches within days of hitting the new year. Even our snow bunnies are saying enough is enough.
