The Stars and their Dress Code?

So, who watched the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday evening? Anybody? I did and was, once again, amused by the clothes some of the stars wore. For example, Cher, still a beautiful woman (who knows how much plastic surgery, etc. that took) was wearing something that looked like a hand-me-down from Elvira. And what exactly was that thing hanging off Sandra Bullock's head? Helen Mirren, on the other hand, in my own opinion of course, was impeccably dressed.

Anyway, if you watched the show, who was, in your own humble opinion, the best and worst dressed?
