Can anyone share what their policies are for using or rather not using social media while at work?
Also do any of your employees, like marketing, who should as a requirement of their job use social media - what types of policies do you have for them.
Does Anyone have protocols for what employess should post or say about the company on-line??? Twitter, Facebook, My space, Blogging etc.
Would appreciate in put.

I'm pretty sure there's a little good and a little bad being said about us on Facebook, etc., but I'm not going to get hung up on it until an employee brings something specific to my attention. And oh, they will.
For HRLaws subscribers, there is a sample policy for Social Media that can be found by clicking on the “policies” tab. It is in the section on employment.
