Anyone want to make a prediction or two for the new year?
What will you be doing different next year?
What will keep you up at night next year?
Hmmm?

Speaking of SPHR, I've been studying for it since September. Took the exam yesterday and passed. \:D/ So, as opposed to Paul being kept awake at night, I'll be able to get a good night's sleep. (yawn, stretch)
Can I have your study books?
Frank, it sounds like we had the same test. I had to double check to be sure I was taking the SPHR and not the GHR.
That's a link to the long version.
Mine expires in December of next year. So, I'll be sweating over how to chalk up all those recertification points that I've been so relaxed about up until now. It won't be fun but it beats the heck out of taking that test again.

If I fail to get enough recert credits, would someone please just shoot me. I don't think I would ever want to sit for that exam again.

Predictions: Economy will continue to slowly improve, but will not reach full recovery by the end of 2010; Frank will find his pants but secretly burn them so no one will know and expect him to wear them.
Different: Serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the SHRM state council; come to the realization that Paul likes to tell others they are bad to compensate for his own naughty thoughts
Keep up at night: NOTHING (except sometimes night sweats). My philosophy is that worrying doesn't change anything (and I insist that if I keep saying it eventually it will happen that way.)
