    I was just reading about this this morning. Seems like very dangerous territory, to me, though I can empathize with the underlying urge to feel a bit indignant about seeing the FB pics of someone who's supposed to be out on disability leave, etc.

    I personally get a little twitchy myself just at the idea of using social media sites like Facebook to catch employees for absenteeism, prohibited conduct, etc. But when it comes to diagnosing someone's disability? Oooh, nooo. Not going there!
