Annual survey on wages

We are preparing our annual survey on wages. Many of the questions have remained the same over the years (for example, percentage of raises in the coming year). But 2009 has been anything but usual. So, to make sure we aren't missing something important, I want to know what questions you would like to ask other organizations about their planned wage changes in 2010. Please respond by Nov. 20 (this Friday) and we just might add your question to the survey.
