Frankly, Frank, we use ADP. I'm able to customize any number of variations, they charge 40% less than my previous vendor, and it is literally the only ADP product that works for me as advertised.

Welcome to the forum, Frank. We use USIS-Dac Services, although since they were bought out by HireRight, their customer service is not as good as it was.

We just recently switched to Hire Right. For many years we exclusively used ADP but have found out through a mock DOT audit that ADP does not meet the requirements by DOT. I think we are receiving much more timely and accurate information now.
