Tracking Intermittent Leave for Salaried EEs

Hi Everyone,

We recently (August) became subject to FMLA. We have new policies and procedures in place accordingly, but are still struggling with how to track intermittent leave for salaried employees. Would you be willing to provide information about how you track intermittent leave for salaried employees? Any pointers or pit falls to avoid?
