Hi Everyone,
We recently (August) became subject to FMLA. We have new policies and procedures in place accordingly, but are still struggling with how to track intermittent leave for salaried employees. Would you be willing to provide information about how you track intermittent leave for salaried employees? Any pointers or pit falls to avoid?

I would expect larger companies to be able to use their payroll software for this purpose. Do you do payroll in house or is it outsourced?
