ADA Policy

I am looking for an ADA Policy on this website, with no success. Is there one available?

While we don't have a specific "ADA policy," if you are an Employment Law Letter subscriber, you have access to several relevant polices and a special report that should help you.

I'd suggest that you visit the Hot Topic pages for the ADA ([url]http://www.hrhero.com/topics/ada.html[/url]), ADA Accommodations ([url]http://www.hrhero.com/topics/ada_accommodation.html[/url]), and Disability Discrimination ([url]http://www.hrhero.com/topics/disability_discrimination.html[/url]). If you scroll down to the bottom of those pages, you'll see the last entries are "HR Tools" where you'll find links to relevant sample policies.

We don't have a policy per say. . to me it is a law and you follow it. No need for a specific policy. Just me.

I'd begin with our Harassment/Discrimination policy. It includes disability and could be adapted to an ADA policy if needed. If you can't ind it or don't have access to it, just let me know and I'll see if I can get it to you.
