Can anyone recommend a good program i can purchase to guide me through setting up an affirmative action program

Also, the DOL provides a sample plan. You can find it at:

SHRM has a book you can buy on Affirmative Action.

I think SHRM has a book you can buy on when to use paper clips vs. staples.

Don't know about you, but I'd be a lot more comfortable using the DOL's sample plan as a guide for creating my own.
