I did a google search and found this on the EEOC's website: [url]http://www.eeoc.gov/employers/surveys.html[/url].

It says information will be mailed in July. Knowing the EEOC they will wait until July 31; today is only the 24th and the report will probably be due August 1.

I got my notice today on the EEo-1, complete with login and password. The only problem is, it still takes me to 2008 with no option for 2009 yet.

Sheesh.

Received my EEO-1 today also. I'm must not be as "on the ball" as Frank. I tossed my letter on the credenza and plan on looking at it next week. Gotta love governmental regulations.**==

If I remember correctly, the EEO-4 only applies to state, local and federal employers.
