My husband has a great sense of humor and is a jokester. I've gotten in the habit of saying "whatever" to him and didn't realize how bad it is until our 5 yr old granddaughter came to stay with us a week. She promptly picked up on it and said "whatever" to her grandpa. Well......then I had to explain I was wrong and it's disrespectful.
We're going to have 3 grandkids come stay for a week and I'll have to remember to hold my tongue when he goofs off.
