Florida city's dress code

This is a few days old, but I thought you would be interested. It's CNN's report on a Florida city's attempt to make its dress code clear and unequivocal:
Use deodorant and wear underwear!

[/B]As we'll probably learn on this thread, though, they left one glaring loophole: What if, like Frank ACU, one wears underwear to work, but no pants? As with a lot of things, Frank's approach might satisfy the letter of the new Florida city code but perhaps not the spirit.

It said in the news report that this was an addition to the dress code, so my assumption is that pants were probably covered previously? But you know what is said happens when you 'ass u me'.
What if someone is allergic to deodorant? What is next? Mouthwash is mandatory at every desk?

I saw that one earlier too and immediately thought of Frank.
Frank, is there something you'd like to share with the group?
He must still have his phone with him then coz he is still tweeting.
Pantsless tweeting. Has a certain ring to it, doesn't it? But, the visuals, eee-gads!
The lack of subject/verb agreement be likes fingernails on a chalkboard to me....
At least we know he didn't smuggle in a phone in the pocket of his pants. I'm sure he will always find a way to tweet; maybe we should schedule an intervention? Anyone out there work for a counseling center in MO?
