Robert Irvine is back on the Food Network now. Apparently lying gets you fired but doesn't prevent you from being rehired with the same show.

This thread made me think of Celebrity Apprentice. I have to admit I have thoroughly enjoyed watching that show this season. I hope no one watching the show thinks Donald Trump is a good example of being a boss however. He is entertaining but his decisions are often based on arbitrary whims or capricious instincts.

On a recent episode he fired two women in a manner that took everyone by suprise. He fired one of the women (an african american) who had done nothing wrong but had "volunteered" to go into the boardroom (and put herself at risk for being fired) and another young lady for having a DUI in her past.

Very odd behavior. Then again, Trump is trying to trademark "you're fired!" so perhaps odd behavior is to be expected.
