.75 Cups Melted Butter
1.5 Cups Sugar
1.5 Teaspoons Vanilla
3 Eggs
.75 Cups Self-rising Flour
.5 Cups Hershey's Cocoa
.5 Cups Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
Blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well with spoon or wise wisk. Combine flour and cocoa. Gradually add to egg mixture until well blended. Add walnuts and mix well. Spread in greased, lightly floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool and cut into squares.
I use a square Pyrex dish to bake this and it works quite well.

I can be there in 3 hours...is that enough time for you to make, bake and cool the brownies? Or should I wait a little while before I leave?
