[SIZE="4"]How long do you keep benefit enrollment forms? I am talking insurance forms as opposed to retirement forms.[/SIZE]

We keep them 10 years + the current year after termination, just like all our personnel records.

I'm with Jo, I have them from when we opened 6 years ago until now for current employees.

Only if they are hired on the third Thursday of the month. Isn't that what we are supposed to do? :-/
