Employee with Disability

Hello all!

This is my first post.......I'm new to some areas of HR and need a little help with ADA.

I have a part-time worker located in our recreation department that has severe disabilities. He was hired as a good will gesture by the past administration but only has the ability to stuff envelopes. Due to budget cuts and the lack of work for him, we need to let him go. Normally it would not concern me to terminate a part-time worker but given his disabilities I am trying to cover all my bases.
