To Post or Not to Post

I have a sorta complicated personnel issue I could REALLY use some help with and am wondering about posting in the employment law section. I am feeling little paranoid about legal-ness and things comin' back to bite me, etc, by committing it to writing on the web. Guess I am a newby enough to want clarification. Any thoughts?

Be very vague regarding who and when. Just tell a story giving us as many details as you feel comfortable with. If we need to ask questions, we might even be able to do that in a private email.

I agree -- only as much detail as you would want revealed if someone from your company were able to get their hands on the posting.
