Everyone on the forum has a personal inbox to receive messages
from other forum members.
[b]To send a private message to someone else on the forum[/b]
(1) Make sure you're logged on to the forum. (If you click Lobby
at the bottom of this message, do you see a "Login" icon on
the far left of the top menu? If so, click that icon and log in or
register. If not, you're already logged in.)
(2) View a message posted on the forum by the person you want to contact.
(3) You'll see four icons next to the person's screen name and
the number of messages they've posted to the forum (see the
icons next to my screen name above). Click the second icon
(single, yellow envelope).
(4) Compose your message and click Send.
Your message will be sent to that person's personal inbox
on Employers Forum. The next time they log in, they'll see a
message in the Lobby (home page of forum) that says "You have
new messages in your inbox."
[b]To read and reply to messages in your inbox[/b]
(1) Make sure you're logged on to the forum.
(2) Click "You have new messages in your inbox" or the "Inbox"
icon in the top menu.
(3) Click the subject line to read the message.
(4) Edit the message to reply to the sender, then click "Send."

You can click the Reply button on the last person who responded to your post and put at the top of your message something to the effect of "Thanks to all who have replied!" then continue your message so they know it's to everyone. That message will show up on the forum as an additional post on your thread.
Or you can click one by one each person's private message icon (the second icon next to their screen names) to send a individual messages to their inboxes.
