Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll bread dough being careful to re-seal premade slits and any tears made while unrolling. Combine cheeses, pepperoni and eggs in bowl, mix well. Evenly spread mixture on bread dough and re-roll, jelly roll style. Seal ends and edges (very important). Place on cookie sheet, brush top of bread dough with egg wash if desired. Bake until deep golden brown. Let cool, slice and serve.
