Mexican Style Eggrolls

1-2 pkgs of large eggroll wraps
1-1.5 lb of hamburger
1 can of Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup
Salsa
oil (vegetable)

Before you start to cook the ingredients, make sure to heat up the oil in your deep fat fryer so it is ready when you are.

Crumble the hamburger in a pan and cook it well. Drain out any excess oil. Add can of nacho cheese soup and some salsa. Mix well.

Take the mix and put a small portion onto the eggroll and wrap it up. Continue until all eggrolls are gone or leave some of it to use as a dip. TIP: use a small amount of water to help seal the eggrolls when you are wrapping them so that they won't split open when deep frying.

Deep fry the eggrolls and allow them to cool as they will be extremely hot. Serve with or without salsa - whatever you prefer.

These are great and are always a favorite at parties. They are are also tasty reheated in the microwave!
