Baked Flounder Casserol

6 medium flounder fillets (2 lbs)
1/2c reduced-calorie french dressing
2-3 medium plum tomatoes, sliced
3-4oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450. Dip fish in dressing. (I "painted" the dressing on with a brush.) Place side by side on ungreased shallow casserole. Top fillets with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese and oregano. Top with remaining dressing and parmesan cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes until top is golden brown.

Serves 6

(I didn't have french dressing, so I used Thousand Island instead.)
