Stuffed Shells

This one requires some prep time/work, but is really good! (This is a very 'filling' recipe.)
1/2 - 1 box stuffing shells, cooked
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cooked & cubed
1 box Stove Top Stuffing, prepared per directions
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup OR 2 jars of chicken gravy (I prefer the gravy)
In large bowl, mix together chicken, stuffing, mayo and onion. Once throughly combined, fill shells. Place the stuffed shells in a 9 x 12 baking dish (only one layer). Coat shells with soup or gravy.
Cover dish with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
This recipe can be made a day ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen. Adjust baking time accordingly.
