Braunsweiger Ball

Hadn't made this for years, but took it to a party the other night and people loved it.


1/2 lb. braunsweiger
8 oz package of cream cheese *
3 T finely chopped onion
1 T lemon juice
1 T Worchestershire (sp) sauce

Soften cream cheeese and braunsweiger. Beat together (mixer is best) Add other ingredients. Mix well. Plop on serving plate. Shape to ball. (If too soft put in fridge for a few minutes) Chill for a few hours. *Recipe calls for "icing" it with another 4 0z of cream cheese. Looks better but not required.
