CARB HEAVEN HAMBURGER

This is great on a Foreman grill or an outside grill:

Hamburger pattie
Thin slice of onion
Slice of cheese
One slice of bacon
Fork full of jalapeno slices
Non-Heinz Catsup
Worcestershire Sauce

Cook burger pattie as always on grill or griddle.

Cut bacon in half and cook beside burger, turning frequently till crisp.

Three minutes into cooking, place onion slice on meat and lower Foreman top or grill top.

About a minute later, lay sliced jalepeno slices on onion, lay bacon on top, with cheese slice over all.

Don't lower the Foreman top at this point, but allow to simmer with lid held an inch above cheese. You'll have to set your beer can down for this maneuver.

When cheese melts, remove to paper towel.

For proper presentation, run a circle of catsup and worcestershire on small plate, light a couple of birthday cake candles and remove burger from towel to plate with silver fork with mother of pearl handle.

Enjoy.
