Quick Breakfast - Fruit Tortillas

My kid now hates all bread, has an aversion to healthy foods, and is trying to convince me that there is such a thing as addiction to the chemical properties of fast food. I hit on this incredibly easy recipe that he can eat in the car or on the run, and HE LIKED IT.
Nuke a white flour torilla for a few seconds or warm in a frying pan with a bit of butter or cooking spray to warm and soften it. Slice your favorite cheese and fruit and layer on half the tortilla. Fold the tortilla over and warm on each side until the cheese melts.
I used sharp cheddar and thinly sliced sauteed granny smith apples yesterday and watched three tortillas disappear. The whole thing took about three minutes. Try visiting Kraftfoods.com for free recipes - you can also sign up for a free monthly magazine with recipes and coupons.
