Nona's Anti Pasta

We did "gravy, zucchini and eggplant"...now it is time for "Nona's Anti Pasta"-Sorry Parabeagle, not a veggie dishx:-(

1 stick pepperoni (the spicier the better!)
1 3/4" slice provolone
1 3/4" slice swiss cheese
1 3/4" slice salami (hard or genoa)
1 3/4" slice honey ham
1 med. jar green olives (with pimento)
1 med. jar black olives
1 med. jar eggplant pieces
1 med. jar bananna pepper
1 med. jar yellow pickled pepper.
12 baby carrots (sliced)
6 stalks celery (sliced)
Olive Oil
Balsamic vinegar


Dice pepperoni-provolone, ham,salami & cheese's-Throw( fun part!) them in a large mixing bowl, add olives, eggplant, pepper, carrots & celery- Grab the olive oil bottle and squirt, throw in some balsamic vinegar-Taste as you go along-When your tongue burns a little bit and your mouth say's OH YEAH:DD the seasoning is good-Serve with either warm plain italian bread...or if you want some serious heartburn, serve with garlic bread. Manga!!!

p.s. I use Boars Head products for my meats, but, if you can't get those, use a high quality cold cut-
