One propane grill.

One pound ground round or chuck hamburger
One pound ground turkey
One package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
One large pinch black pepper
Two pinch salt
One pinch Lawry's Seasoned Salt
One oz. Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire
Two oz. Italian dressing
One oz. virgin olive oil
Three oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients well in large mixing bowl or on cookie sheet.

Roll into patties between 1/4 and 1/2 pound.
Flatten to palm size. Break off a couple of little meatball sized portions (these cook quickly and let you know what you're about to bring off the grill)

Punch into the middle of each pattie on both sides so it will not mound up when cooking.

Place on grill over direct medium heat. Monitor closely for flames. Turn frequently, brown well. Don't push spatula into meat while turning. Add a dollop of BBQ sauce if you like. Sprinkle a bit more cheddar in final stage while on grill. Add slice of onion if you're a real onion lover

Remove to platter and paper towel.

Goes especially well with Carb Heaven Hotdog.
