Sunday Afternoon Trout

Begin with five fresh caught trout along with the steaks of your choice. Start the coals in the grill in anticipation of cooking a meal. Prepare trout by thoroughly cleaning and beheading. Place chunks of garlic, onion and butter in the fish cavity and wrap in foil.

For the steaks either marinade or rub with the spices of your choice. Place all meat and fish on the grill and monitor the progress. For the fish usually five minutes per side is all it takes. Once complete unwrap the trout and watch the foil peel the skin back, enjoy.

Yesterday afternoon I cooked five trout, three rib eye steaks and 5 hamburgers. We are a three-member family and my son had 4 friends over for the afternoon. This was enough to feed all and still have leftovers. x:9
