I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly! My great grandmother came from Serbia. She used to make a delicious bread called pitiza. She would make a dough and stretch it very thin. Then she would sprinkle finely chopped nuts and a little sugar on the dough and roll it up. Has anyone ever heard of a bread similar to hers?

That is from a google search. There's a pizata bread which may be what you are searching for. It's a Jewish bread typically made during Honukaa (sp).
