New Summer Drink

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 07-08-03 AT 07:40AM (CST)[/font][p]After a beautiful long weekend I just don't want to be here. I would still rather be at home sipping a cocktail by the pool. I discovered a new drink this weekend. 3 cups pineapple juice
4 limes freshly squeezed
1 cup spiced rum
2 cups sparkling water
1 cup sugar
Enjoy! Does anyone have a favoite summer drink to share?

Summer Hummer . . . vodka and lemonade. Simple enough.

The ratio of vodka to lemonade depends on your mood, the day of the week and the occasion. x;-)

Or, Smirnoff Ice

Put in refrigerator, drink ice cold and enjoy!

Frozen Watermelon Daquiri: Cut watermelon into chunks and remove seeds, then freeze. Pour a good "splash" of rum into your blender and add frozen melon cubes. Blend until slushy. You can add some crushed ice if you want, I don't.
