Apparently our friends in the Midwest are so frustrated that even their guns and religion aren't enough. They have the highest rates of drunk driving in the country. Wisconsin, North Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota are tops.

Why is it as bad as driving through Oklahoma?

I've driven through both and North Dakota is much worse than Oklahoma. Imagine the last 100 miles of western Oklahoma stretching across all but 30 miles of ND. But hey, the people there must love it!
