And if Hillary wins the election next fall, Bill will be banished from Washington.

I think the Replublican Ticket will be McCain/Huckabee. They have already been helping each other out.

At this point it is hard to imagine Hillary and Obama on the same ticket. They are being so competitive and are sniping at each other way too much. However, if they went for a double ticket they would be hard to beat.

As they say, time will tell.

Republican: McCain/Huckabee. As for the Dems, I definitely don't think Billary and Obama will be on the same ticket. That said, I have absolutely no clue who either would pick as their running mate. This is going to be a tough one!

I don't think Huck will be asked to run with McCain because Huck may be perceived as too similar to Bush. McCain may actually choose none of his opponents as his running mate. Both Huck and Romney will be perceived as carrying baggage, Paul is kind of out there and less of a potential liability.

Hillary and Obama used to play nice. And they are toning down their personal attacks now. Once Hillary is clearly in the lead, Obama will make overtures toward her. She will think that is a formidable ticket, the first woman and the first black, and beg Obama to join her in making history. The Dems will make a commitment to Obama that if he playes nicely in the sandbox with Hillary, then they will support him in 8 years.

With Romney dropping out today the concession has been made that McCain is the Repub. candidate. He would be better served to have Romney as his mate rather than Huck or Paul.
And as HR professionals please note that it could be considered discriminatory to not vote for a woman or a minority. Not really, just a nightmarish thought.

OK, maybe I was wrong for once. Romney dropped out and is playing nice with McCain. Maybe there is a deal there and Mitt will be the VP choice.

Ritaanz, I believe in sharing. And that includes the pain of Hillary. Maybe it is Hillevitable that she will be the next prez.
