Best Performance in the Role Of an HR Professional (some of you are quite convincing!)
and of course..
Best Forum Moment
Sadly, this year we will not have the "Best Sidekick" category as all sidekicks have abdicated their positions.
We will however have the same great prizes for the winners as we have given out in past years!
Disclaimer: The M. Lee Awards are not a sanctioned event of M. Lee Smith, Inc. No likeness or representation should in anyway be construed as connected with M. Lee Smith, HR HERO, or any of the other stuff we own. Neither should the M. Lees be mistaken for the Emmy's. No moderators were injured in this production. Not winning an M. Lee is no excuse for cancelling your membership. Get over yourself.

Paul, there are thousands of threads from which to choose. Why don't you list your recommendations and we can always nominate another one if we so choose?
I nominate Larry's acceptance speech for winning Mr. Forum America as the "Best Forum Moment."
I bet that's where PICB got the idea. You don't really think he came up with it on his own, do you? :-?
I nominate T Kessler as most loved moderator only because he appears to be reading this thread.
I also nominate Joannie as best new forumite.

Most Fun Forum Moment: Q's introduction of the word "soap" to my limited vocabulary
