Its big in Europe and gaining popularity in the US.

Parkour was recently featured in the movie Casino Royale.

Part of me would love to do this stuff but the rest of me knows I can't anymore.

OH my god! All I could think watching those is, "someone's going to get a spinal injury when they land the wrong way!"

But I have to admit, that was phenomenal. Most of us would love to live in a world where our city is our playground - for the people in those videos - it actually is!!!

Yeah, I think its kind of cool just to see people having fun.

The kids in the video are amazing. They must have some gymnastics training. Sure, they will probably all have painful and debilitating injuries but at least they weren't just sitting around.

You know, there are a couple of steps and a railing outside my office that I think I could clear if I just get enough speed...

No thanks. I don't do "down" well. I'm the one who used to climb a tree and couldn't get down by myself.

I dont understand. Gravity takes care of the down part.

Of course, what you dont see in these videos are the dozens of times they practiced these tricks and landed head first.
