If you're a fan of the TV show "The Office," you can be the first to participate in our fun new blog, "That's What She Said." It's written by Julie Elgar, an attorney with Ford & Harrison in Atlanta and an editor of our Georgia Employment Law Letter.
"The Office" stars Steve Carell as the clueless boss Michael. He doesn't just break employment laws -- he smashes them to bits. Julie will watch the show every Thursday night and post her thoughts on the real-life employment law issues each Friday morning, particularly the amount of money that Michael's employer would lose in lawsuits each week.
The blog is at [url]www.HRHeroblogs.com[/url]. You can read what Julie writes and add your own comments. You'll need to register. Feel free to use your Forum ID, although it's not required. We'd hoped to be able to port over the IDs and passwords of Forum participants, but the password encryption is apparently incompatible.
Kick the tires, and let us know what you think. It's in a sort of "pre-release" version for the next week. We'd love to have your input.
