I think I might borrow my husband's costume from last year and go as a pirate. Anyone have any fun ideas on things I can say and hand out to our employees?

I am drawing a blank coz it seems like a pirate would be taking things, not giving them.

We had an employee last year dress up as the company fridge. We have a sign hanging on the fridge that says, "All items left in here after 4:00 pm on Friday will be tossed", so she made a sign, hung on herself, and then pinned pictures of chicken, fruit, milk, tin foil, etc that you find in the fridge. It was rather funny!

Nae - you can pick up some of those chocolate coins and hand those out to people. Act really sly when you slip them the coin and say, "Arggg - I'll shares with you me pirate's booty! Tell anyone and I'll send you to Davy Jones' locker!"

Or, if you're REALLY industrious, you could make a "treasure map" that leads to a prize, tear the map in pieces and give them to your employees/one department/etc. Then use it as a teambuilding exercise, the employees put the map together, and go find the treasure.

Man, I sound like a kindergarten teacher.
