I am preparing an article for publication in the Rotary International magazine on exit interviews. The article will cover tips on the how's, the why's, the benefits and drawbacks of doing an exit interview. To make it interesting, I would like to collect some of your tips and as many interesting and amusing tales from the exit interviews that you wish to share. With your permission, I will include them in the article.
