We in smaller companies must wear more than one hat. How many of you, in addition to your traditional HR duties, also are responsible for washing dishes at work?

Its actually a cutting edge management style called "MBDEY" or "Management By Doing Everything Yourself".

In addition to HR, I do payroll, payables, billing, collection, deposits and payment posting, journal entries and financial statements. I am responsible for all assets, all purchasing, record retention, administration of our retirement plan, benefits, taxes, and the safety of our employees (not necessarily in that order). I am sure I left a few out, but you get the drift.

Hey can I ask you: Your kitchen detail, is that part a 5-S culture. We are in the infant stages of 5-S and I'm just curious.
