Don D. or LivindonSouth has been published! Don's wealth of knowledge has been acknowledged by none other than M. Lee Smith Publishers in their October 2005 Vol. 2, No. 6 edition of the HRinsight newsletter.
The article they quoted him in is on page 5 of the newsletter under the heading What Do I Say? and they have kept him anonymous by not printing his name but wrote "an HR director from Mississippi offered this insight"... From the style of writing, one can, of course, tell that it's from Don.
His insight was in response to a post in the HR and Employment Law forum on 6/21/04 by Giants Junkie entitled Employee Separations: How Much Can You Tell? His complete response can be found in his 6/22/04 posting.
