Conservatism Dead

Some quotes from Pat Buchanan who claims that American conservatism is dead.
"The conservative movement has passed into history," "It doesn't exist anymore as a unifying force," "There are still a lot of people who are conservative, but the movement is now broken up, crumbled, dismantled." There are "a lot of people who call themselves conservative but who, on many issues, I just don't consider as conservative. They are big-government people."

Buchanan's biggest issue is with himself because the Republicans and conservatives largely have rejected and ignored him. You're quoting a man who can't even get a talk show host job.

Let's have some real laughs and quote Robert (Sheets) Byrd, the guy with that little book super-glued to his fingers. x:-)

Just looking at what is happening in the Senate proves it is not dead..but proves that Conservatives (like liberals)are a varied group of people who can't always agree even among themselves. However, Conservatives do appear to be less tolerant of those who don't agree with them 100% of the time.
Furthermore and I'm not mentioning any names, it appears that some upstate conservatives would vote for Hillary to be re-elected to the senate.

I'm assuming by then you'll be a Citizen of Mexico. But you can always crawl through the fence and come back to your old precinct and vote anyway. Hell, it's California; vote early and often! x:-)
