Never mind! I thought I had posted before Safety. I guess it was just a coincidence we posted at the same time and his came out on top.
I found out more interesting information about the middle names I gave my two kids. No wonder they hate their middle names. I guess I have typically traumatized them for life.
My son was named after his great grandfather who was Delbert Graves Roberts. My son's middle name is Graves. This is the message when you TRY to type it in. "No names starting with GRAV were in the top 1,000 names in any decade. Type backspace."
My daughter's middle name is Wilson because I wanted my maiden name to stay with her forever. They highest it ever got was in the 400s and faded away!
NG, you are in big trouble now. Sam threatened to kill me if I ever called her Shoelace. But, with her preoccupation with shoes, it is a fitting nickname.
My name has dual-gender popularity, or I should say, lack thereof! My youngest son should be unhappy to hear that, as he carries it as his middle name. However, it doesn't bother him much, he has his full name spelled out on his driver's license. That way he can use my credit cards!
While Nat Guard was wondering how we guys managed to type and post so fast, she managed to post THREE in a row herself. My son's name is Richard William. My daughter is Scottie and when he was first born she was calling him Witcha Winmill. So for a few years his nickname was Windmill. But I can't top shoelace.
'Shoelace' is a codename-nickname that can never be cracked. But it CAN be topped. Tough guys don't like to be called cute. But I know a tough guy named Donald Raymond who (when he was two) said his name was "Donway." Isn't that sooooo CUTE!

Don't get mad at me Sam!
(I'm not sayin' if it's anyone we know)
