That's one that has been thoroughly disproven. It would be really sad for one to cry alone. The best cry is a shared one.

Well, I've shared many a group hug, but rarely a group cry. I've had to learn to keep that emotion to myself.

Try it sometime. I guarantee you will grow from it. There's no shame in letting someone see you cry. Just be careful who it is......
