The worst legislature in the country

I hate to brag about the New York legislature which many feel is the worst in the nation. But they've just outdone themselves. The lower house changed it's rules so that now a legislator must actually be present in Albany to vote. The upper house is thinking of changing it's rules to require that legislator must show to vote "no." If they want to vote "aye" they don't need to do anything.

I'm betting you are going to get 49 arguments on who's legislature is the worst. I know I can say with some authority, that at least in Mi we can safely brag ours is no better than anyone else's.

Here in Minnesota, our legislators had to attend a seminar put on by the University of Minnesota to learn how to get along with eachother. I kid you not!
