I just received a call from a telemarketer attempting to sell another subscription to the Forum and law letter. #-o It appears your mailing list or clearing house where you get these lists, or third party agency that sells the list does not know who is and is not a subscriber. (Sam can I say that) /:) I could have let this employee waste her time and listen to her entire sales pitch but I cut her off in mid pitch to inform her I was already a subscriber. I have saved ML Smith some funds by allowing this ee to concentrate her sales efforts on a non-subscriber, how about a discount on my next subscription? $$$ BTW I already have the shirt.

"Such is the fullness of my[his] heart's content." Who said that?
Hopefully it won't happen again.

Actually, we did telemarketing for a long time before we were approached by a firm in Wisconsin or Chicago or someplace like that. They can do it more cost-effectively, so we outsourced it to them a couple years ago.

Safety, I would never correct another's grammar without the invitation; but since you asked, it should be "Who is and who is not."
Greetings from Las Vegas!! Having a great time. Wish you were all here!! C. U. on Monday!
