Happy Boss's Day

Does anybody besides me find it weird that Boss's Day is on a Saturday this year? Is this a gesture to honor the bosses that toil on the weekend shift, or simply an effort to spare lackluster bosses the embarrassment of being ignored on a regular work day?
In any case, since most of us in HR are either bosses or we support the bosses in our organizations, I'd like to wish my fellow Forumites a Happy Boss's Day! Here's a round of applause for doing what is sometimes a thankless job. xclap

Don't feel like a boss, more likely, a caretaker at the asylum.

I hear you. Maybe we should petition Hallmark for a "Caretaker at the Asylum Day."
