Frightening. While it is amusing to a point that he tends to speak without thinking the statement the whole way through...it's also disconcerting that his statements can be (and often are) misinterpreted because he is unclear. Being plain spoken should not be confused with sounding stupid, unless of course, one ends up sounding stupid.

The fact is that both sides are/will be spinning. That is the nature of this political beast.

The choice will come down to where are we, how did we get here, where do we want to go, and which path will we take.

I'm very interested to see what is decided by the American people.

Wouldn't some people be so disappointed if these little "Bushisms" stopped? He may not be the most articulate politician out there...but it sure gives everyone something to giggle about! He misspoke, we should be used to it, and get over it. I work with highly intelligent people every day that have a few of their own "isms" regularly.

Is Pat dead now? I wondered where he'd been. If he's dead, he'd be a candidate with no pulse and no personality and a real drab presence. In short, there would be two in the race with the same characteristics if Pat were put on the ballot. Hmmmm.
