We took the same cruise as you but in March '03. Sadly, we couldn't go to Grand Cayman due to rough seas so we just lingered off shore and looked at it all day.
Jamaica (Ocho Rios) didn't impress me in the least. It was VERY dirty, not much to see and the people were way too pushy and rude. I hope you had a better experience!
Shirley, we definitely preferred Pto Vallarta over Cozumel though they both are cruise ports. Cozumel wasn't as clean or friendly to tourists. I can e-mail you some photos of the town if you'd like to send me your address. )
